Alison studied fine art at Duncan of Jordanstone college of art and design graduating in 2010. Although working predominantly in sculpture during her studies, her current practice is mainly focused around painting and printmaking.
"I am always trying to develope my practice and have recently been enjoying experimenting with watercolour. I love the surprises this medium offers and also building up the picture layer by layer. I enjoy making semi abstract landscape paintings and creating a sense of place within these pieces and I also love to paint architecture including design elements within these artworks."
